Download the blank sphynx cat (or get a bigger one here) and draw her tattoos any way you want - use a computer or a pen on a print out or whatever. (You probably shouldn’t use a real tattoo needle — that wouldn’t work on a JPG.)
Post your version to the Hipster Animals facebook group or email to hipsteranimals@gmail.com. I’ll post the best ones next week in the blog.
